There are no stationary objects in the Universe: everything moves and rotates!


Even our Solar System is moving not only around the center of the Galaxy (828,000 km/h) but also relative to its nearest stellar neighbors (70,000 km/h). In this schematic video, we show you this motion and what it looks like from the nearest stars.

  1. So something in the universe might be moving in such a way that it is actually still, but compared to WHAT ? Maybe if we do find some kind of original reference point then it would really tell us a lot of things. It would be really cool if we did have a universal 0,0,0 that we could measure speed and distance from. Someplace there must be that point. Maybe everything IS moving but at some point everything began. Somewhere that nothingness must be in existence - We find that I wonder what that might tell us.

    1. Think of what it would look like with the whole galaxy moving in time and space then millions of galaxies in a dance with every other..,,,…….
