Galaxies Collisions

8:47 PM | , ,

The animation depicts the moments when two galaxies collide with each other.

Galaxies' own gravity draws them together to collide and after the collision, they stay completely messy for quite a long time before they turn into a single gigantic galaxy with trillions of suns (and their cohorts) under new trajectories.

Our own galaxy, the Milky Way galaxy, will also collide with another galaxy named as Andromeda galaxy. But fear not as it will not happen before another 4 billion years pass away. May humanity survive that long either knowing how to survive colliding situations of galaxies or how to venture into another galactic world.
